We are building a talent pool of enthusiastic and reliable kitchen professionals interested in being considered for positions across restaurants, events, weddings and functions operations. You will work across all areas of kitchen operations, from daily service preparation and food production to large-scale event and function catering. To Be Considered, You'll Have:

- Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality

- Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
- Reliable transport and the ability to travel to Mickleham
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent reliability, punctuality and teamwork skills

Commis Chefs (and above)

In addition to the above applicants must have:

- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen.
- Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
- Pizza making experience (desirable)




- Proven experience in high-volume service and event/function preparation is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, organised, and able to work well within a team.
- Passionate about food and hospitality with a willingness to learn and grow.
