In this role, you'll help maintain a diverse portfolio of community facilities, ensuring they remain safe, functional and fit for purpose. From coordinating routine maintenance programs and reactive repairs to managing minor works projects and contractor performance, you'll play a key role in delivering quality outcomes for our community.

Working across a broad range of building assets, you'll have the opportunity to combine your technical knowledge, and stakeholder engagement abilities in a role where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Coordinate routine and reactive maintenance activities
- Conduct facility inspections
- Manage contractors and monitor work quality
- Identify and action maintenance improvements
- Process and validate contractor invoices
- Ensure works meet safety and KPI requirements
- Support asset planning and future budgeting activities

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring We're looking for a facilities maintenance qualified who is passionate about delivering quality outcomes and maintaining community assets. You'll ideally bring:

- Minimum five years' facilities maintenance experience
- Building,



construction or facilities qualification
- White Card and current driver's licence
- Experience managing contractors and onsite works
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety requirements
- Experience using maintenance management systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to continuous process improvement
