Evans Brandon Family Lawyers is a Gold Coast based law firm seeking an experienced family law solicitor (with at least 5 years post-admission experience) to work with the partners in a role involving assisting them to managing complex property and parenting cases.
It is envisaged the role will initially involve a 6 - 9 month contract, during which the successful applicant could choose to work school hours.
Responsibilities
Assist the partners to carry out and implement case planning in private family and relationships law cases, attend to authoring correspondence and preparation of court documents, readying cases for mediation, hearings and trials and liaising with counsel, experts and clients.
Qualifications
At least 5 years' post admission experience as an Australian Legal Practitioner and eligibility for a practising certificate. Experience in family law case work. Available for immediate or short term commencement.
