In this multifaceted role, you will be a vital contributor to daily operations, balancing autonomous tasks with collaborative teamwork.

Your responsibilities will span the full spectrum of modern farming, from operating boom sprayers and managing tractor work—including sowing, spreading, mowing, and baling—to local truck driving and essential mechanical work.

Beyond the machinery, you will oversee general farm and equipment maintenance, ensuring our enterprise runs smoothly through your initiative and attention to detail.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a meticulous approach to their work.

- Robust work ethic and a dedicated, positive mindset.

- Extensive experience operating large farm machinery, with boom spraying expertise highly regarded.

- Sound mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot.

- A current, non-negotiable car license.

- Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

- HC/MC licenses or Chemical Certification are considered a valuable bonus.
