About the Role

We are hiring experienced Data Center & Field Network Engineers to support an enterprise-grade NVIDIA Blackwell GB300 / B300 hardware deployment in Sydney.

We are recruiting for two primary scopes of work:

- SOW 1: Senior Systems / Level 11 & 12 Technical Support Engineers
- GB300/B300 hardware configuration, firmware updates, and provisioning.
- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnosis of compute node faults.
- Faulty component/FRU replacement.
- Note: No heavy equipment or rack moving required for this specific role.
- SOW 2: Technical & Hardware Installation Specialists
- Physical rack deployment, positioning, mounting, leveling, and structural securing.
- Rack-level integration, cable management, and power distribution setup.
- Level 11/12 technical support, basic configuration, and parts replacement.
- Requires ability to handle physical rack movements safely using proper lift protocols.

Requirements

- Proven technical experience with high-density server architectures,



specifically NVIDIA GB300 / B300 or modern AI/GPU cluster hardware infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with field troubleshooting, FRU replacement, and system diagnostics.
- Familiarity with data center physical deployment, rack leveling, and cable routing standards (SOW 2).
- Ability to commit to 12-hour weekday operational shifts in Sydney.
- All spare parts are provided in office—immediate availability required.
