We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Assistant to join our Exploration team and support drilling, sampling and field operations across our exploration projects in Western Australia. This role operates on a 2 week on, 2 week off (2:2) FIFO roster and offers the opportunity to work closely with our geologists and contribute to the day-to-day exploration activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct RC and Aircore drillhole sampling in accordance with established QA/QC procedures.
- Prepare, organise and dispatch samples to external assay laboratories.
- Assist with diamond core processing, including orientation, mark-up, cutting and sampling.
- Prepare drill sites, including drill hole mark-outs and coordinating earthworks activities.
- Support environmental rehabilitation programs, including collar cutting and contractor supervision.
- Maintain a strong commitment to health, safety and environmental standards, actively participating in safety meetings and initiatives.




- Assist geologists with field logistics, equipment management and general exploration activities.
- Accurately record and maintain exploration data and field records.

About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a field-based, exploration, mining or drilling support role.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to work in remote environments.
- A proactive approach to safety and the ability to follow established procedures.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual field tasks in varying weather conditions.
- A current C-Class Driver's Licence (Manual licence highly regarded).
- A Forklift Licence (highly regarded).
