This role involves field investigations and network assurance, maintenance, and fault rectification for equipment and systems across all nbn technologies. Responsibilities include the identification, rectification, and maintenance of network issues, providing on‑site technical support, and probing early network faults to ensure ongoing network integrity and performance.

A bit about you

The ideal candidate would have a technical background, preferably with robust network assurance expertise in one or more nbn technologies like Ethernet, DWDM,

You will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills with a disciplined and methodical approach. The role requires the ability to learn rapidly, remain flexible, and manage conflicting priorities. You will be a highly organised team player who can adapt to a changing and dynamic work environment.
