We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join our commercial solar and battery sales team.
Freshers, students, university students and recent graduates are welcome to apply. No previous solar experience is required—full training is provided.
Location: 8 Enterprise Drive, Glendenning NSW 2761.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Uncapped commissions.
- Potential annual earnings of $150,000–$300,000, depending on sales performance. Earnings are not guaranteed.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and approach potential commercial customers.
- Arrange customer meetings and site visits.
- Meet business owners and understand their energy needs.
- Present commercial solar and battery solutions with technical team support.
- Follow up enquiries, present proposals and close sales.
- Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate customer handover to the installation team.
ABOUT YOU
- Confident communicator who enjoys meeting people.
- Self-motivated, organised and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude and a strong interest in sales.
- Comfortable approaching businesses and generating recent opportunities.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel for customer meetings.
Previous sales experience is an advantage, but freshers, students and graduates are encouraged to apply.
REMUNERATION
Commission only, with no base salary. Commissions are uncapped, and earnings depend on your sales results.
