About the role

SOS Maintenance Services is a national maintenance provider to the retail industry seeking a full time Technician to look after South Australian based clients. Primarily, SOS repair and service customer shopping trolleys, stock trolleys and perform general on site equipment repairs. A vehicle, tools and equipment required for the role will be provided.

Key responsibilities

- Manage a regular Maintenance Program

- On site service & repairs

- Assembly work

- Deliveries & Logistics

- Administration to Head Office

About you

- Full Drivers License

- Competent in towing and reversing large trailers, 6m x 2.4m

- Basic computer skills (web browsing, emailing & Microsoft)

- Sound written communication skills

- Ability to complete regional work trips of up to a week at a time

- Versatile background including experience in a broad range of handyman tasks

- Professional and enthusiastic approach in dealing with customers

- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised

- Understanding of OH & S standards and protected work practices

- Sharp attention to detail
