Carta Law is seeking a Contract Solutions Lawyer for the APAC function in Australia. You will manage the full lifecycle of commercial contracts for sophisticated investment funds and asset managers, including pre‑M&A; NDAs and engagement letters, while mentoring junior team members and leveraging AI-backed tools.
You will liaise with clients across APAC jurisdictions, the UK, US, or Canada, and contribute to a rapid-paced, high-volume setting in a leading AI-native law firm for private capital.
