Adore Beauty is continuing to grow, and we're looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead our established Robina store in QLD.

What You'll Be Doing

n

As Store Manager, you'll bring the Adore Beauty vision to life on the shop floor, leading with impact and fostering a high-performing, inclusive and engaged team where both customers and team members feel supported and inspired every day.

Lead, coach and develop an established team to reach their full potential

n

Drive day-to-day store operations with confidence, structure and clarity

n

Deliver exceptional customer experiences that set the in-store standard

n

Own store performance, driving sales and achieving commercial targets

n

Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with Adore Beauty's values

n

Manage rostering, team performance and operational priorities

n

Use commercial insights and store results to identify opportunities and drive growth

n

Ensure the store consistently delivers a welcoming, engaging and elevated beauty experience

n

Partner closely with Retail leadership and the wider business to bring key initiatives to life

n

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced retail leader who knows how to bring out the best in their team while delivering strong commercial results.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

Proven experience leading a high-performing retail team

n

Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets

n

Confidence coaching, developing and managing team performance

n

A genuine passion for beauty, customer experience and creating an engaging store setting

n

Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style

n

The ability to thrive in a rapid‐paced, evolving retail environment

n

A hands‐on approach and the confidence to take ownership of your store
