Job Description

n
- Manage detailed and accurate financial data for the Business Line to facilitate timely reporting and informed business decisions
n
- Contribute to commercial performance through oversight of Lockup Management
n
- Lead forecast and budget processes for the Business Line
n
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
n
- Support ANZ financial targets through sound financial governance
n
- Analyse projects including financial performance, cost allocation, earned value and scenario analysis
n
- Deliver lock-up management, including invoice preparation and supporting information
n
- Assist project employees with financial information, charge rules, calculations and cost data
n
- Support Major Projects, Joint Ventures and Alliances through cost monitoring, consolidation, invoicing, cash flow management and financial audits
n
- Assist with training team members on financial systems and project finance management tools
n
- Support financial systems and tools initiatives and rollouts
n
- Assist with Finance team queries, project planning, monthly reviews, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general finance duties
n
- Assist with recent business integration through subsidiary due diligence and operational enhancement
n
- Support ANZ Finance initiatives within the area of specialism
n
- Comply with SJ Group policies, procedures, systems and controls for financial processes
n

Requirements

n

n
- Degree in Commerce / Accounting related
n




- Experience in a similar Senior Financial Analyst role within a global organisation, including working at Group or Regional level across multiple jurisdictions
n
- Advanced SAP experience essential
n
- Previous experience managing teams
n
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision when required
n
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a culturally diverse and multi-disciplinary environment
n
- Advanced level in Microsoft applications including Power BI
n
