We’re looking for a motivated Banking Branch Trainee to join our client in East Gippsland.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door of the banking and financial services industry while completing a Certificate III in Financial Services – fully paid, on the job.

About You

You don’t need banking experience to apply. We’re looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, approachable and enjoys helping people
- Confident communicating with customers
- Reliable and willing to learn
- Interested in building a long-term career in banking or financial services
- Available to work full time, Monday to Friday
- Previous customer service experience is highly regarded

What You’ll Be Doing

Working as part of a friendly branch team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in:

- Welcoming and assisting customers
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Learning about banking products and services
- Building strong customer relationships
- Assisting with customer requests and resolving issues
- Supporting day-to-day branch operations




- Identifying opportunities to help customers with suitable banking products and services
