The Fleet Allocator – Linehaul plays an important role in keeping our linehaul operations moving.

This permanent full time position will coordinate fleet movements, work closely with drivers and the Transport team, and help keep our operations safe, efficient and on time.

What you will be doing:

- Coordinate fleet and driver allocations across linehaul operations.
- Monitor fleet movements and adjust allocations as priorities change.
- Work closely with drivers and the Transport team to optimise routes and schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and monitor fleet utilisation and performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Respond to operational issues and find practical, timely solutions.

What you will have:

- Experience in a coordination role, ideally within transport or logistics.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work well with drivers and teams.




- Experience using transport, fleet management or similar systems.
- Understanding of transport safety and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
