As we head into the busy summer season, we’re growing our Front of House team and looking for experienced, service-driven hospitality professionals to join us.
About the role
You’ll have the opportunity to work across our restaurants, events and catering operations, with shifts varying depending on your experience and availability.
Your responsibilities may include
- Providing professional and attentive table and event service
- Food and beverage service
- Confidently explaining food and drinks menus to guests
- Making thoughtful food and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences
- Opening and serving wine
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Anticipating guest needs and creating a welcoming experience
- Supporting functions and events
- Working collaboratively with FOH, bar and kitchen teams
- Maintaining high presentation and service standards
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for people who bring hospitality experience,
confidence and a genuine passion for great service.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Previous Front of House experience in restaurants, events, catering or a similar hospitality environment
- Acurrent NSW RSA
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Confidence taking orders and engaging with guests
- Good food, wine and beverage knowledge with the ability to make recommendations
- Experience carrying plates and trays
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong team attitude
- Flexibility to work across different locations and styles of service
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts throughout the summer period
