Join the dynamic Food & Beverage team at Pullman Sydney Hyde Park. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor who thrives in a fast paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this role you will lead and inspire our Food & Beverage team to deliver outstanding and unforgettable moments for our guests
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead by example to deliver warm, professional service across our restaurants, bar, and events spaces.
- Oversee our daily F&B; operations as required.
- Collaborate with our kitchen and conference and events sales team.
- Assist in training, and mentoring new and existing team members.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation across outlets.
- Ensure guests’ dietary and allergen requirements are met with care and accuracy.
- Assist in creating and implementing innovative F&B; promotions and champion upselling.
- Monitor stock control and breakage reporting.
Qualifications
About You
- Strong leadership skills and previous experience in leading a team within the hospitality industry.
- Current RSA Certificate.
- Working collaboratively with various departments.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service, wine and cocktail knowledge is a bonus.
- Positive, proactive and calm under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach with eye for detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
