Gradi Fine Foods is seeking experienced and reliable cleaners to join our team at our food manufacturing facility in Coburg North.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our production facility. You will help ensure production areas, equipment, machinery, floors and workspaces are thoroughly cleaned, sanitised, and ready for production.

Position Details

Employment: Permanent Part-Time Employment.

Hours: Minimum 8 hours per week, with up to 38 hours available depending on availability and operational requirements.

Shift Pattern: 12:00pm-8:00pm.

Pay: AU$27.08 per hour plus superannuation and applicable penalties.

Location: Gradi Fine Foods Production Facility, Coburg North VIC 3058.

This is an ongoing permanent part-time position, offering the stability of regular employment while still providing flexibility around the number of shifts worked each week.

Who We Are

Gradi Fine Foods is the food manufacturing and production division of the Gradi Group.

Based at our Coburg North facility, the Fine Foods team produces a wide range of food products supplied to Gradi venues, wholesale customers and retail operations.

Our facility is a busy, hands-on environment where cleanliness, hygiene and food safety are critical to everything we produce.

What You'll Do

Working as part of our cleaning team,



your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising food production areas and workspaces.
- Cleaning machinery, production equipment, floors and surfaces.
- Using commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly.
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and contamination-control standards.

What You'll Bring The successful candidate will ideally have:

- Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience.
- Experience in food manufacturing, food production or commercial kitchen cleaning highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to follow cleaning schedules, workplace procedures and safety requirements.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Full working rights in Australia.
