We are currently recruiting office staff to support our growing business. The BnB Collection, operated in conjunction with Quality Apartments Banksia Albany, is expanding — and we’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team.

We’re seeking Guest Services Agents to assist with customer service and administration tasks. This is a varied role that plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests.

We’re open to full-time, part-time, or casual positions for the right candidates. We are also recruiting for a Front Office Supervisor.

The BnB Collection manages an expanding portfolio of holiday homes across Albany and the Great Southern, alongside Quality Apartments Banksia Albany — a busy, award-winning serviced apartment hotel of 42 self-contained apartments. About you:





Excellent customer service skills;

Experience with accommodation and property management systems would be highly regarded, but not essential;

Developed PC and keyboard skills;

Experience with Word and Excel;

Availability over a 7 day roster between 7am to 7pm

Excellent personal presentation;

High standard of communication skills, both verbal and written;

Full Class C drivers licence;

An interest in hospitality and tourism.
