We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Commercial Cleaner to join our team at a client site in Welshpool, Western Australia.

This is a hands-on commercial cleaning role covering office areas, meeting rooms, kitchens, amenities, warehouse areas and external spaces.

The successful applicant will help maintain a clean, safe and professional environment across both indoor and industrial areas of the site.

Work Schedule:

- Full-time position
- Final working days and shift times to be confirmed
- Applicants must be available to work between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Final shift times will be discussed with shortlisted applicants

About the Role: You'll be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards across a large commercial and warehouse environment.

Your duties will include

Office & Common Areas

- Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, reception areas and shared spaces
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and auto-scrubbing floors
- Cleaning furniture, desks, doors, ledges and other surfaces
- Cleaning internal glass and removing fingerprints and marks
- Emptying bins and removing rubbish
- Removing cobwebs and keeping areas dust-free
- Restocking designated consumables as required

Kitchens & Amenities

- Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen surfaces, sinks and appliances
- Cleaning lunchrooms, kitchenettes and shared facilities
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets, basins, mirrors, showers and other amenities
- Replenishing toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and other consumables
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic workplace

Warehouse Areas

- Cleaning warehouse floors using commercial cleaning equipment




- Operating a ride-on scrubber and other cleaning equipment
- Using blowers to remove dust and debris from accessible areas
- Cleaning warehouse walkways, handrails, ledges and other designated areas
- Cleaning bump rails, bollards and other warehouse fixtures
- Cleaning and sanitising forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Working safely around warehouse traffic and machinery

External Areas

- Litter picking around loading dock and external areas
- Cleaning external walkways, smoking areas and carpark areas
- Removing leaves and other natural debris using blowers
- Emptying external bins and removing rubbish
- Cleaning spills and maintaining walkways
- Keeping outdoor areas clean, tidy and presentable

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in commercial, industrial or warehouse cleaning preferred
- Comfortable using commercial cleaning equipment
- Able to safely use cleaning chemicals and follow instructions
- Physically capable of performing hands-on cleaning duties
- Comfortable working in a warehouse and industrial environment
- Able to work around vehicle and equipment traffic while following site safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in maintaining high standards
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision




- Comfortable working across indoor and outdoor areas
- Able to follow cleaning schedules, procedures and safety requirements
- Legally entitled to work in Australia
