Lawn & Garden Maintenance Role (Golden Mowing)

Golden Mowing is a small but growing lawn and garden maintenance business focused on providing high-quality service to a loyal base of regular clients.

We are looking for the right team member to join us in 2026.

What Work Looks Like

Work at Golden Mowing is outdoor, repetitive, satisfying garden maintenance. Driving to a list of properties each day to do Garden maintenance. The most common work is lawn mowing, with other jobs including hedging, weeding, mulching, general tidying. There is no landscaping or horticultural work.

What I Am Offering

- 2-5 days a week (set days to be discussed)
- $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience and skill

What I Am Looking For Experience (preferred, not essential)

Experience in lawn and garden maintenance is preferred, including:

- Mowing
- Whipper snipping
- Edging
- Blowing
- Hedging
- Weeding

If you do not have experience but believe you can learn quickly and are hard-working and teachable, you are still encouraged to apply. The Right Person Will Be:

- Reliable and diligent
- Able to take responsibility for producing a neat, professional, clean finished product at each job




- Comfortable with hard physical work throughout the day (at times in hot weather or light rain)
- Able to work at a steady, productive pace with short breaks between jobs
- Polite, respectful and professional with clients
- Self-motivated and can manage themselves effectively.

Driver’s licence required.

Role Details:

Home base: Point Clare

Service areas: Within ~20 minutes of home base

Start date: October/November.
