About the role

We are a growing Sunshine Coast salon looking for a Senior Hairdresser to join our team. Sarenity stands for peace and calming, and we are creating a culture that's positive, supportive, empowering, and brighter for everyone who walks through our doors. We are looking for someone who's not only confident in their craft, but also passionate about being part of a supportive culture and team.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver a wide range of hairdressing services with confidence and skill
- Stay up to date with modern trends and techniques, especially with blondes, Livid in looks, Balayage and cutting
- Provide exceptional client care and experience
- Work with extensions (Preferred but not necessary) including Weft, Tape, Micro and Nano extensions
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and uplifting workplace culture
- Participate in ongoing education and training

About you

- Preferably 5 years qualified as a Senior Hairdresser or very confident and skilled senior
- Confident in your skill set and in a wide range of hairdressing services
- Extensions experience in Weft, Tape, Micro and Nano extensions (training will be provided for the right candidate)
