- Full-time (1.0 FTE) appointment on an ongoing basis.
- Base salary range: $80,293 – $85,291 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About The Area Campus Management is responsible for the planning, development, operation and stewardship of UWA's physical estate. Through asset management, facilities operations, infrastructure maintenance and campus development, the team delivers safe, sustainable and efficient environments that support teaching, research and campus life. Within Campus Management, the Infrastructure Maintenance team manages a range of operational services that support the effective use and lifecycle management of University assets, including furniture, equipment and campus facilities.

About The Opportunity

- Coordinate furniture relocations, reuse requests, removals and storage activities while supporting office moves, room fit-outs, campus projects and space reconfigurations.
- Maintain accurate asset registers, inventory records and furniture tracking information to support effective asset lifecycle management, reporting and operational decision-making.
- Promote sustainability through furniture reuse, refurbishment and waste reduction initiatives while providing responsive customer service and coordinating with internal stakeholders, contractors and service providers.

About You

- Experience in asset management, inventory control, logistics, facilities operations, warehousing, removals or a related operational environment.




- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple service requests, competing priorities and operational activities in a busy environment.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining accurate records using databases, inventory systems, asset management platforms or spreadsheets, with strong attention to detail.
- Well-developed communication and customer service skills with the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A commitment to workplace safety, sustainability and working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
