Job Description

Pace Farm is seeking a Quality Manager on a 12-month fixed-term basis to lead our quality assurance across egg processing and grading operations. You will maintain QMS, drive improvements, ensure food safety compliance, and travel to multiple sites.

Reports to the Compliance & ESG Manager and supports site teams with audits and customer requirements. Robust leadership, HACCP, and ISO 9001 expertise are essential, as is willingness to travel and work at Minchinbury and Norwest sites.
