The Position

This Senior Asset Manager role sits across the strategic and operational management of an allocated commercial portfolio.
Key focus areas include leasing strategy, rental positioning, landlord advice, budgets, forecasting, rent reviews, renewals, arrears and asset performance.
Strong relationships sit at the heart of the role, with regular contact across landlords, tenants, facilities teams, contractors and internal stakeholders.




The position also covers new management onboarding, maintenance coordination, insurance, statutory requirements and risk management — providing plenty of variety across the portfolio.
A genuine step up for someone wanting to move beyond day-to-day property management and have more influence over how assets perform and how clients’ portfolios are positioned.

The Criteria

- Commercial property management experience
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting
- Confident managing landlord relationships and providing strategic advice
- Strong understanding of leasing, rent reviews, renewals, outgoings and compliance
- Experience negotiating commercial and contractual arrangements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Current real estate licence
- Cirrus8 experience highly regarded
- Proactive and able to work autonomously
