The Company
Our client is a privately owned commercial construction group delivering projects across New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.
Founded in 2016, the company has grown to more than 50 employees and delivers projects valued from minor maintenance works through to $20 million across education, aged care and retirement living, government, industrial, corporate, retail and social housing.
Following the successful delivery of several South Australian projects and growing demand from existing clients, the company is now establishing a permanent Adelaide office.

The Role
- Assisting with site inspections and the preparation of clear scopes of work
- Coordinating project documentation, schedules and administrative requirements
- Preparing and maintaining works programmes across multiple active projects
- Obtaining subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Coordinating trades, suppliers, materials and access requirements
- Tracking project costs, variations, progress claims and invoices
- Maintaining project files, registers, correspondence and WHS documentation
The Criteria
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Project Management, or similar (preferred)
- Experience in construction project coordination or similar role within the construction industry. Refurbishment, maintenance, fit-out or minor works experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
