Your new roleAs an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team and ensuring the productive management of customer accounts. Your responsibilities may include:
- Managing customer invoicing and account reconciliations
- Following up outstanding payments and collections
- Allocating incoming payments
- Investigating and resolving account queries
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Supporting month-end processes and reporting requirements
- Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems
- Availability to commence at short notice will be highly regarded
