Your new role
Due to continuedgrowth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to takeownership of a $20M commercial project
You'll be responsiblefor managing site operations from start to finish, coordinating trades andsubcontractors, maintaining programme and quality standards, and acting as thekey point of contact for clients throughout construction.
While this role willinitially focus on a commercial project, the business also delivers a diverserange of healthcare, industrial, fit out and refurbishment projects acrossSydney, providing long-term project variety and career stability.
Key responsibilitiesinclude:





Managing daily site operations and programme delivery Coordinating subcontractors and site teams Maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards Client and stakeholder liaison throughout the project lifecycle Managing high-end finishes and detailed joinery packages Working closely with Project Managers and Directors to ensure successful project outcome

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out or refurbishment projects Carpentry trade background preferred Proven experience delivering projects valued around $10M-$20M+ Strong understanding of high-end joinery and finishes Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants A proactive, team-first approach that aligns with a collaborative cultureWhat you'll get in return
