General Manager – Nullagine Gold Operations

AIM Mining Corporation is a Western Australian gold mining company with ambitious growth plans. Following the recent acquisition of the Warrawoona and Nullagine Gold Projects by the Creasy Group, AIM is entering an exciting new phase, backed by strong ownership, investment and a clear commitment to growth.

With both open pit and underground mining underway and further expansion planned, we are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the Nullagine Gold Operation and play a key role in shaping its future direction.

Reporting to the COO, this role provides the prospect to lead an established owner-operated gold asset across mining, processing, maintenance and site services, with the autonomy to make decisions, build capability and drive sustainable performance.

About the Role

As General Manager, you will hold overall accountability for the safe, efficient and profitable performance of the Nullagine Gold Operation, including the statutory responsibilities associated with the role.

Working closely with your site leadership team and corporate support functions, you will lead production delivery, optimise operational performance, develop your people and ensure the business continues to operate with strong safety, environmental and operational standards.

You will also be integrally involved in the in office management and construction of a 1 Mtpa flotation circuit, providing an excellent opportunity to broaden your knowledge base and further develop your technical and practical skill set.

What You Will Bring





You will be an experienced mining leader with:

- WA Quarry Manager's or First Class Mine Manager's Certificate.
- 15+ years' mining experience, including significant open pit and underground gold mining experience.
- A proven track record of delivering safe, productive and cost-effective mining operations.
- Strong commercial capability, including budgeting, cost management and operational improvement.
- The ability to build, mentor and lead high-performing leadership teams.
- Experience establishing systems, improving performance or supporting growth initiatives will be highly regarded.
