With a strong ownership group, ambitious growth plans and a commitment to delivering memorable experiences, the organisation is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the operation into its next chapter.

Reporting directly to the Board, the General Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across accommodation, food and beverage, guest experience and commercial performance. This role will be responsible for developing a high-performing culture, strengthening stakeholder relationships and ensuring the continued success of a complex, multi-faceted hospitality operation.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading all operational departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Driving financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and business planning
- Building, mentoring and developing a diverse leadership and operational team
- Identifying opportunities for operational improvement and sustainable business growth
- Managing stakeholder relationships across tourism, community and industry networks
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards
- Collaborating closely with the Board to deliver strategic objectives and long-term outcomes

Candidate Profile





The successful candidate will be a highly capable hospitality leader with a proven ability to balance commercial outcomes with people leadership and guest experience excellence. You will thrive in dynamic environments and bring the maturity, resilience and vision required to lead a significant hospitality operation.

You will demonstrate

- Minimum five years' experience in a Hotel or Resort General Manager's position
- Robust commercial acumen with proven experience managing budgets and business performance
- Experience leading multi-department operations across accommodation and food and beverage environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- A track record of developing engaged, high-performing teams
- Strong strategic thinking, organisational capability and leadership presence
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
