This isn't a "desk-only" role; you'll be actively onsite, using your skills to optimise building performance, tune BMS, enhance indoor air quality, and achieve ambitious goals like a 6-star NABERS energy rating.

About You:
- Recent graduate or technician with a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Automation, Controls, or Electronics. Experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Hands-on problem solver who's not afraid to get practical (hand tools,
equipment tuning, and occasionally ladders).
- Passionate about sustainability, eager to learn, and driven by results.
- Basic understanding of HVAC Systems or Building Management Systems is a bonus.
- Comfortable with data analysis (Excel/Google Suite).
- Strong communicator who enjoys teamwork and making things happen.
- Possess a valid driver license issued by an Australian State Authority.
