The role:

- Return to work case management for injured parties
- Management of psychological claims
- A range of assessments including Vocational Assessments
- Develop individual rehabilitation plans
- Liaison with all treating parties
- High level reporting
- Case management of your clients
- Thorough induction with enhanced support
- Work across an interesting and diverse caseload with referrals across the schemes

You:

- You will be a tertiary qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling (Membership with ASORC)
- Have a desire to work within Occupational Rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication skills and good problem-solving ability.
- The ability to engage and establish rapport with people from all walks of life.
- Good written and administration skills
- Ability to work well with others and autonomously.
