MAKE YOUR MARK ON THE SHARKS

We are looking for a “young gun” Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team and help shape the look and feel of the Cronulla Sharks across football (NRL and NRLW), social, campaigns, membership, retail, stadium, and hospitality.

This is a hands-on role for a designer who wants to make things, not just move pixels. You will create everything from match-day and player content to campaigns, digital creative, stadium graphics, and commercial work - with opportunity to bring your own ideas to the table. You’ll help deliver culturally relevant storytelling that connects deeply with our members, fans, partners, players, and community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a varied role, and we want someone who is excited by that. Depending on the week, you might be:

· Creating gameday, team list, and player-focused social content

· Developing campaign concepts for membership, ticketing, retail, and major club initiatives

· Designing digital advertising, website, and email creative

· Producing content for stadium screens, signage, and large-format applications

· Creating assets for Sharks corporate partners and commercial campaigns





· Working across Sharks Group hospitality venues and their individual brands

· Retouching, compositing, and manipulating player photography.

· Adapting campaign concepts across a wide range of formats and platforms

· Helping evolve the visual identity of the Sharks and bringing current creative influences into the club

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

- Has a killer portfolio and a great eye for design.
- Is highly confident in Adobe Photoshop, especially image manipulation, compositing, and retouching.
- Has strong skills across Illustrator and InDesign.
- Can take an idea from concept through to execution.
- Understands typography, composition, photography, and visual storytelling.
- Works quickly, stays calm under pressure and loves a deadline.
- Is curious, collaborative and not afraid to try something different.
