Salary: $90,354 - $96,446 per annum plus superannuation (PACCT Level 6.1-6.3, Victorian TAFE PACCT Staff Agreement 2025). Commencing salary will be determined in accordance with the Agreement, based on the successful applicant's skills, qualifications and relevant experience.

About the role

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of industry training? NVITAFE’s Growth & Partnerships (G&P;) division is seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to support our leadership team.

In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you’ll be the backbone of our operations - coordinating meetings, managing travel, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth delivery across multiple programs. Your work will directly contribute to the success of strategic initiatives and national training contracts.

We’re looking for someone with strong project support experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making things happen. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love solving problems, we want to hear from you!

Selected Duties:





- Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and Division Heads, helping drive strategic outcomes.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to keep projects moving forward.
- Manage travel bookings, team schedules, and documentation with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to key reports, including inputs for the Annual Report.
- Monitor budgets and reporting timelines, ensuring compliance and alignment with stakeholder expectations.

About you

You will bring

Essential:

- Relevant qualifications and demonstrated administrative experience.
- Previous experience in support and contribution to project management.
- Must be an Australian Citizen to be able to gain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.

Desirable:

- VET sector and/or government experience.
- Experience working in a Defence environment.
- Project Management experience.
