Snap Fitness Lane Cove is a new and exciting gym bringing premium 24/7 fitness to the local community. We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Gym Assistant to join our team and help create an outstanding member experience for our community

This is a hands-on role that combines sales, marketing, cleaning, and day-to-day club operations. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within the fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Member Experience

- Welcoming members and guests with a friendly, professional approach
- Conducting club tours and handling new member enquiries
- Selling memberships, personal training, and club services
- Following up leads and supporting sales targets
- Building strong relationships with members and the local community

Marketing & Promotions

- Assisting with local marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Supporting social media content (photos, reels, stories, in-club posts)
- Helping promote the club through local outreach and partnerships
- Assisting with events, launches, and promotional activities

Cleaning & Club Presentation





- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards across the club
- Regular cleaning of gym equipment, amenities, and common areas
- Ensuring the gym is always welcoming, safe, and visually appealing

General Operations

- Opening and closing the club as required
- Handling member queries and basic administration
- Ensuring policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed

About You

- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
- Sales-driven with a proactive mindset
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cleaning duties as part of the role
- Passion for fitness and helping others (gym experience preferred but not essential)
