Handyman / Motel All-Rounder – Maintenance, Linen & Housekeeping Support

Comfort Inn North Brisbane – Carseldine

We are looking for a reliable and practical Handyman / Motel All-Rounder to join our team at Comfort Inn North Brisbane.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on and is happy to help wherever needed around the motel.

Duties will include:

- General handyman and minor maintenance work
- Basic painting and touch-ups
- Fixing minor leaks, changing washers and simple repairs
- Lawn mowing, gardening and general landscaping
- Keeping outdoor and common areas tidy
- Helping with linen, including moving and organising linen
- Assisting housekeepers when/if required
- Basic room and property maintenance
- Identifying maintenance issues before they become bigger problems
- Other general jobs around the motel as required

We are looking for someone who:
- Is reliable,



punctual and hardworking
- Has previous handyman or maintenance experience
- Is practical and can think outside the box
- Can work independently without needing constant supervision
- Is physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
- Is flexible and happy to assist with housekeeping and linen when needed
- Takes pride in keeping the property well maintained

Hours: Approximately 15-25 hours per week Location: Comfort Inn North Brisbane, Carseldine

This would suit someone looking for regular part time/casual hours and a varied role rather than doing the same job every day.

Pay: $26.46 – $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
