I'm looking for a second hairdresser at my salon on Station Street, Oakleigh, open since 2021. Most of our work is colour, balayage, keratin and smoothing, and colour correction, on regular, returning clients. You'd work next to me, Zara, with your own column of clients.

What the job is

- Colour, foils, balayage, toning and colour correction on a full column
- Keratin and smoothing treatments (Cacau Brasil Nanoplastia, I'll train you if you haven't used it)
- Cuts and blow-dries to finish your own colour work
- Consultations that are honest about what hair can take

What I'm looking for
- Certificate III in Hairdressing and at least 2 years on the floor
- Confident with lightener and toners without supervision
- Reliable, on time, easy with clients
- Right to work in Australia
