About the Role

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Educational Leadership: Lead the department in developing and delivering a shared vision that promotes high-quality teaching, learning and outcomes for all students.
- High Expectations and Continuous Improvement: Set high standards for student and staff performance while fostering a culture of skilled growth, lifelong learning and ongoing improvement.
- Inclusive and Equitable Practices: Embed socially just,



inclusive and supportive practices that promote equity, participation and positive outcomes for every student.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Develop strong partnerships with students, parents, staff, government agencies and community organisations to strengthen student learning and wellbeing.
- Strategic and Resource Management: Provide future-focused strategic leadership, ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies, and effectively manage staffing, financial, facilities and curriculum resources to achieve departmental priorities.
