Job Summary:

The Operations Head is responsible for setting up and overseeing the entire printing process for soft signages and digital printing, ensuring high quality output, optimal machine performance, and efficient production workflows in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management

- Assist in setting large and small format printing operations in 800-1500 sq.mts in NSW/QLD region
- Build, lead and manage the printing / operations team, including print technicians, operators, and support staff.
- Provide technical guidance and training to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Process Optimization:
- Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices for printing operations to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high-quality output.




- Conduct regular process audits and implement corrective actions to optimize workflows and improve production metrics.

Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all printed products meet or exceed quality standards and customer specifications.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to implement quality checks and maintain consistency in color, clarity, and overall print quality.

Production Planning:
- Work closely with the production planning team to ensure efficient scheduling of print jobs, optimizing machine utilization and minimizing lead times.
- Monitor production timelines and ensure that print jobs are completed on schedule.

Cost Management:
- Monitor and control printing-related costs, including materials, inks, and maintenance expenses.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety standards.

Leading end-to-end operations in Australia, with strong knowledge of HR, compliance, safety, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

We are seeking an operations leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability and has personally managed complex manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading from the front, spending time on the production floor, solving real-time operational challenges, and building scalable systems for growth.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- MBA or advanced operations/manufacturing qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15-20 years of manufacturing and operations experience.
- Minimum 8-10 years in senior leadership positions such as Plant Head, Operations Head, Manufacturing Director, Site Leader, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-functional manufacturing operations.
- Experience managing multi-site operations is highly preferred.
- Solid financial and commercial acumen with experience managing operational budgets and profitability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
