Shape the People agenda through an exciting stage of international growth.

What's the brief?

You’ll be joining an innovative, founder-led technology company entering its next phase of international growth.

Working directly with the Founder & CEO, you’ll have genuine proximity to decision-making and the opportunity to shape the People agenda as the organisation evolves.

You’ll strengthen culture and employee experience, build leadership capability and ensure the People strategy supports the broader direction of the business, while retaining the connection and sense of community that have been important to its success.

Is This Your Perfect Match?

You bring ideas, expertise and a clear point of view. You understand that the most important thing to an organisation is its people. You’re confident forming recommendations, bringing an independent perspective and influencing decisions at a senior level.

With an established operational HR capability in place, you’ll be able to operate at a more strategic level while still bringing the judgement and pragmatism needed in a quick-moving, founder-led environment.

You’ll be someone who can see what’s needed, create direction and turn that into meaningful People priorities.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

- People Strategy & Culture: You’ll set the People agenda alongside the leadership team, translating business priorities into a clear People strategy while continuing to strengthen the culture,

connection and employee experience.
- Employee Experience: You’ll shape an employee experience that builds engagement, connection and retention across an increasingly global workforce, while maintaining the sense of community which is the central to its culture.
- Leadership Capability: You’ll coach and support leaders across technical, specialist and commercial teams, building capability around people leadership, performance and effective management.
- Growth & Organisational Change: You’ll bring a strong People lens to international growth, organisational change and evolving structures, helping the business navigate the workforce and cultural implications that come with increasing scale and complexity.
- Employee Relations: You’ll provide senior judgement across Employee Relations matters, acting as an escalation point where greater experience and perspective are required.
- People Leadership: You’ll support People matters across Australia, the US and Europe, bringing the judgement to navigate different employment environments and knowing when specialist employment or legal expertise is required.
- Strategic Partnership: You’ll be a trusted adviser to the leadership team, bringing clear recommendations,

independent thinking and a considered People perspective to broader business decisions.

What Sets You Apart

You’re an experienced People leader who can set the strategic direction while staying close to the business and what it needs as it grows.

You’re comfortable with ambiguity, operating in a fast-moving environment where not everything has an established process or playbook. You bring the judgement to know where greater structure is needed, without overengineering the People agenda or introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.

You’ll bring strong capability across several of the following:

· Senior People leadership and setting a People agenda

· Culture and employee experience

· Leadership development and manager coaching

· Leading Employee Relations matters and critical People decisions

· Organisational change and transformation

· International HR or geographically dispersed workforces

· Experience supporting technical, specialist and commercial teams

· Founder-led, scale-up or similarly fast-changing environments

You’re confident working with senior leaders, operating through growth, transformation and organisational complexity, with the judgement to understand the People implications of broader business decisions and translate them into a clear People agenda.

You’ll be commercially astute, pragmatic and comfortable operating with autonomy. You’ll bring a considered point of view, challenge constructively and have the credibility to influence at leadership level.
