Thisismorethanatitle-basedmanagementposition. Youwillbeexpectedtoleadfromthefloor,supportyourteam,makepracticaloperationaldecisionsandcontributetotheoverallperformanceofthevenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparestaffrostersandassistwithpayrollprocesses

- Monitorstocklevelsandassistwithpurchasingandordering

- Maintainawarenessoffood,beverageandoperationalcosts
n
- Leadbyexampleandremainactivelyinvolvedduringservice
n
- Provideconsistentlyhighstandardsofcustomerservice
n
- Supportrecruitment,onboardingandstafftraining
n
- Maintainvenuepresentation,cleanlinessandoperationalstandards
