nR Polites Transport Pty Ltd requires a qualified Fleet Manager for its transport operation in Sydney Metropolitan Area. n
n
nThe successful candidate Must be willing to travel interstate and regional area of Australia with short notice from the management.n
n
nDuties and responsibilities include but not limited to:n
n•Selecting and procuring vehicles (purchasing or leasing) based on fleet needs and budget. n
n•Scheduling and overseeing regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections to minimize downtime and ensure safety. n
n•Ensuring all vehicles are registered, licensed, insured and meet safety and regulatory standards. n
n•Managing the process of selling or retiring vehicles when they are no longer neededn
n•Supervise fleet personal, incl. interviewing prospective employees, providing and/or recommending training, coordinating,



scheduling and assigning work and performance monitoring.n
n•Managing the fleet budget, tracking expenses, and providing regular reports to management. n
n•Identifying opportunities to reduce overall fleet operating costs through various initiatives. n
n•Review maintenance invoices to ensure that proper maintenance was performedn
n•Keep employees informed about their fleet programmes and progress and ensure compliance with OH&S; Regulation.n
n
nAnnual salary $90,000 to $110,000 plus supern
n
nThe successful candidate must haven
n•A valid HC driving licence n
n•Tertiary qualification in Business or Managementn
n•Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance n
n•Minimum one year of work experience in a similar rolen
n•Excellent vehicle management and organizational skills n
n•Strong communications and exceptional interpersonal skillsn
n
