Job Description

Kingpin Bondi is set to open in November 2026 and is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead all food and beverage operations across bars, dining, and events. You will ensure exceptional service from the moment guests arrive and help build a vibrant, guest-focused culture in a rapid-paced entertainment setting.

You will lead day-to-day operations, coach a high-performing team, manage rostering and labour costs, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring food safety and licensing compliance.
