Our client is a well established, project driven organisation seeking an experienced Head of People & Culture to join the business on a 12 month maternity leave contract. Reporting to the executive team, you will lead the HR function and provide strategic and operational people leadership across a dynamic workforce.

This is a hands on leadership role requiring someone who can operate at both a strategic and operational level in a quick paced environment where workforce demands shift rapidly in line with project requirements.

To be successful, you will bring:

- Significant senior HR leadership experience
- Previous experience within a civil contractor, construction, infrastructure or project based environment
- Strong workforce planning capability within a fluctuating project workforce
- Sound knowledge of Enterprise Agreements and industrial relations frameworks




- Experience leading and developing HR teams
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence business outcomes
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, Business, or a related discipline
