John L Pierce are seeking an experienced heavy vehicle mechanic to join our team at Newcastle. Come and gain experience and knowledge from a recognised industry leader.
Working on contemporary fuel tanker fleet this position is full time with overtime allowances and penalties.
Carry out servicing, diagnostics and repairs on a modern fleet of Prime Movers and Tankers.
Good general knowledge on Kenworth, Mack and all aspects of tanker/trailer repairs an advantage.
Completing paperwork including service records and company documentation as required to comply with NHVAS.
Duties include

2. Have a good attitude and be able to work unsupervised in a tight-knit team
3. Good general knowledge on Kenworth,
Mack and all aspects of tanker/trailer repairs an advantage.
4. Completing paperwork including service records and company documentation as required to comply with NHVAS.

Your skills and experience
- Must be heavy vehicle trade qualified mechanic (Australian recognised)
- Have a good attitude and be able to work unsupervised in a tight-knit team
- Strong focus on safety and compliance
- Driver's licence
- Willing to listen, learn and progress through the company
