The Opportunity

We're growing the Real Entrepreneur Women team and we're looking for an experienced High-Ticket Appointment Setter to join us. ❤️

This role is about more than booking calls. You'll often be one of the first people a woman speaks with after raising her hand for support. You'll connect with warm leads, understand where they're at, ask the right questions, qualify opportunities, follow up thoughtfully and help suitable prospects take their next step with us.

Sales capability matters. But so does the person behind it. We're looking for someone who cares deeply about helping women build businesses and create more choice in their lives, someone who can combine strong commercial instincts with warmth, empathy and integrity, and who understands that behind every lead is a real woman making a real decision about what comes next.

What you'll be doing





- Conducting phone-based qualification and triage conversations
- Reconnecting with applicants and leads who haven't yet booked
- Following up and nurturing prospects via phone, SMS and CRM
- Managing notes, follow-ups and pipeline activity in GoHighLevel
- Supporting appointment quality and show rates
- Communicating closely with our sales team
- Following established scripts, systems and SOPs while keeping conversations human
- Participating in sales training, coaching, roleplays and team meetings

Who we're looking for

You're confident picking up the phone and love talking to people. You know how to build rapport quickly, ask good questions and listen to what someone is actually saying.

You're warm and professional, commercially switched on, emotionally intelligent, resilient, organised and coachable. You can follow a proven process without sounding like a script.

Previous experience in high-ticket sales or appointment setting will be highly regarded. Experience in business, coaching or another client-facing professional environment is also valuable.

- You're passionate about supporting women in business and helping aspiring and established female entrepreneurs move forward.
- You believe great sales conversations can be both commercially effective and deeply human.

You'll need a quiet professional workspace, reliable high-speed internet, a computer and phone.
