About the role
Reporting to the Senior Cultural Heritage Manager, you will coordinate heritage project documentation, stakeholder engagement, logistics, compliance records, and financial administration. This role provides high-level administrative, operational and project coordination support to ensure the effective delivery of heritage services and activities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinating day-to-day heritage administration, records and documentation
- Preparing reports, correspondence and project materials
- Managing travel, logistics and operational requirements for heritage activities
- Acting as a key contact for stakeholders, consultants and project partners
- Maintaining registers, agreements, permits and compliance documentation
- Supporting procurement, invoicing, purchase orders and expenditure tracking
- Contributing to continuous improvement of systems and processes
About you
- Experience in administration,
project coordination or business operations
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and solid record keeping capability
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Problem-solving skills and initiative
- Current Driver's Licence
- National Police Check
