This position combines customer service, sales support, and technical product knowledge, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, providing solutions, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and product information
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
- Provide technical product support and recommendations
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Follow up on customer requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Support business development and sales activities within existing accounts
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system

About You
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, account coordination,



or technical support
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to learn technical products and manufacturing processes
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technical environments is advantageous
- Full working rights in Australia (Must be PR or Australia Citizen)
