Senior Duty Manager / Night Manager (Assistant Manager potential)
The backbone role. You'll drive our busy weekend and night trade, manage staff, and run the full operation when it counts. Part-time to start, full-time for the right fit — with real long-term growth and a package to match.
- 5 years management experience
- Current RMLV essential
- Weekend & night availability a must — Fri/Sat closes non-negotiable
- Keno and TAB experience preferred
- Steady, experienced operators encouraged to apply
Short Order Cook
Fast hands, hot plates, no drama. Keep the kitchen firing through the summer rush and own your section like a pro.
Assistant Manager
Run the floor, back the team, keep the good times (and the numbers) on track.
Leadership energy required — ego optional (not welcome, actually).
Bar Staff
