Duties
- Guest check-in/check-out
- Answer calls and emails
- Manage bookings and basic admin
- Provide guest assistance
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (essential)
- Good English communication skills
- Well-presented and reliable
- Familiar with PMS System (SiteMinder & Litter Hotelier would be preferred)
