This position would suit someone who understands the residential construction industry, enjoys working across multiple stakeholders and has strong knowledge of house and land packages, developer requirements and the new home sales process.

The Role: Working closely with the sales, estimating and marketing teams, you will coordinate the preparation and management of house and land packages across a range of estates and developments.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating and maintaining house and land packages across multiple estates
- Sourcing and assessing available land opportunities
- Liaising with developers, land agents and internal sales teams
- Reviewing land information, siting requirements and developer guidelines
- Coordinating pricing, inclusions and package information
- Ensuring house and land packages remain accurate and up to date
- Supporting the sales team with package availability and product information
- Managing relationships with key developer and industry stakeholders
- Monitoring upcoming land releases and identifying recent opportunities
- Working collaboratively with estimating, drafting and marketing teams to bring packages to market
- Maintaining accurate records, pricing and package documentation





About You: To be successful in this position, you will ideally have experience within residential construction, house & land, new home sales support or a similar coordination role.

You will also bring:

- Strong knowledge of the Melbourne residential building market
- An understanding of house and land packages and greenfield developments
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail
- Confidence working across multiple projects and priorities
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- Experience working with builders, developers or land estates will be highly regarded
